Today we went to the Historic Dockyard in Portsmouth. We got to see all the old boats. There was the remains of the Mary Rose Ship the sunk in 1545. The Mary Rose was owned by King Henry the V|||. There was also the first iron warship that had sail and steam , it was called the HMS Warrior. The third ship we saw is called the HMS Victory.It was the ship where Admiral Lord Nelson got shot by a French musketeer.We saw the barrel where they but his body and they filled it with brandy.
